Established by Adam Phillips and Simon Harrod, the agency evolved from their vast sales and letting experience, knowledge of the prime and super prime residential rental markets and the requirements of their very specific clientele which includes landlords, tenants, large corporations, and relocation agents both domestically and internationally.

We rent and sell properties in the most sought-after residential areas of London including St John’s Wood, Regents Park, Mayfair, Belsize Park, Hampstead, Maida Vale, and the surrounding areas.

Adam Phillips BA (Hons) MARLA

Founder

In 2007 Adam Phillips joined one of the capitals’ well established agencies working at the high end of the residential property market. He started in sales but moved into the lettings department in 2008 when the global financial crisis took hold of the housing market. It was a blessing in disguise as he stayed in lettings where he developed his client base and established himself as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable agents in the market helping and negotiating rental transactions with high net worth individuals working for blue chip companies, heads of banks, chairmen of sports clubs, CEO’s of technology companies and other entrepreneurs internationally and domestically. Seven years later, in 2015, having developed an excellent reputation and a long list of connections, he fulfilled his dream of opening his own business with his then competitor, Simon Harrod. Phillips Harrod carried on the good work that Adam and Simon had already achieved as they made their name in the market as a team. Over the years they have employed some vastly experienced negotiators and are now firm household names at the top end of the residential market place. In contrast to spending his days in the property market Adam works as a volunteer every year for CRISIS at Christmas. He loves socialising, sport, film and travel and lives in North West London with his wife and three children.

Simon Harrod

Founder

With over 20 years in the property business Simon’s knowledge and understanding of the market has been his key to success. He has built relationships with clients and tenants alike and this has enabled him to see Phillips Harrod become market leaders in the field. Simon believes his passion, proactiveness and enthusiasm sees him regarded as one of the best rental agents in London having consistently acted on some of London’s biggest rental deals . Simon lives in north West London with his family and supports various charities including Myeloma UK and Rays of Sunshine of which he has sponsored various events and even run marathons for.

Marie Beirne

Marie has previously worked for a well-respected Estate Agency in Regents Park and a leading corporate agency in Hampstead, with combined experience of 15 years primarily focused on the prime lettings market in North West London. Marie has established excellent connections both with corporate and private Landlords,Tenant’s, Relocation Companies and Private Offices, particularly enjoying challenging, complex negotiations, developing marketing strategies and the opportunities at Phillips Harrod. She is extremely well thought of in the market place and joined us with a tremendous reputation so we are delighted to have her on our team.

Dominique Levy

Dominique has been in the lettings industry for over 15 years and worked in and managed a residential lettings department in Hampstead, she has always had a strong will to be successful since a young age combined with a personal passion for property. Dominique’s enthusiasm, persistence and honesty along with a motto ‘to never give up and do what you love to do’ has enabled her to develop strong loyal contacts throughout the area, along with a database of international cliental who relocate from across the world. Dominique is a qualified member of ARLA and enjoys offering her experienced advise to clients. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Gayle Goldstein MCIPD

Property Manager

With many years’ experience as a Property Manager as well as a background in HR, project and office management, Gayle ensures the smooth running of the property management department and prides herself on always being available to landlords and tenants,and providing them with an excellent service.In addition, with her strong attention to detail and organisation skills Gayle fully supports the team generally and produces all contracts and related paperwork.

Danielle Creme

Accounting and Finance

With a degree in Accounting and Finance and an ACA Accounting qualification Danielle has worked in finance for over 20 years for diverse companies including investment banks and various property companies . Danielle heads up our company’s Accounts team and financial operations, working closely with the directors, sales team and administration support. Danielle thrives on being organised and efficient, enabling the company to have a robust financial department.

Maya Landers-Price

Digital Marketing

After heading the digital marketing at one of the UK’s largest venue marketing platforms and helping to digitally scale the business, Maya became a digital marketing strategist, opening her own consultancy where she works on campaigns with talent and brands like Homebase, Dunelm, TK Maxx, Until Lemons R Sweet, Interior Design. With additional experience of providing consultancy to businesses within the property market and running a successful location house, Maya knows how to couple data with creativity to help create fresh, yet refined marketing campaigns for Phillips Harrod.
