Our original goal was to serve only the demands of the rental market but over the years we have been instructed to act regularly on both disposals and acquisitions, mostly for off market transactions but we are now offering such services to the open market. With our vast experience and extensive contacts in the rental market it has been a natural path to help Landlords to sell their properties and also our Tenants to acquire properties having built up such a trusting and long standing relationship in many cases.
